Since the establishment of the company we have had a chance to contribute to the following major developer projects:

• Construction of 80 garages in Rožnov pod Radhoštěm above the Koryčansé Paseky housing estate.

• Reconstruction of the staff building in the former barracks in Valašské Meziříčí into 26 residential units.

• New residential apartments in Rožnov pod Radhoštěm in the tax authority building. Three residential houses with 27 apartments each have already received building approval.

• Sales of suites in Austria - Kaprun Zell Am See.
